By accessing or using Selfpage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use Selfpage. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You agree to use Selfpage only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from submitting content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant portfolios and terminate offending accounts without notice.
Premium features are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable recurring fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Except when required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
You retain full ownership of the CV data and content you upload. By submitting content to Selfpage, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content strictly to operate and provide the service to you. Selfpage retains all rights to the underlying software, templates, design systems, and AI models.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Selfpage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be entirely accurate; you must review and verify your portfolio before sharing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selfpage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Selfpage and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
